Fusion Civilization and Education Council (FCEC) is the non-profit company incorporated under section 8 of the Indian Companies Act, 2013 in year 2015.
FCEC plans to address various problems in Education, Environment and Health Sectors through its unique approach. FCEC is founded by two philanthropists namely, Dr. Anitha Suryawanshi and Mr. Vikas Suryawanshi with motive to bring positive changes in surroundings. The duo had rich experience in administration and education fields.
Education has always been the integral part and foundation of human civilization. In the present complex world, it has become although more important than ever before. So, Nowadays being educated is not enough also one must aware about surroundings at all times. To make this world as better place, balance approach in emotions and actions is necessary. Centuries ago, Indian philosophers preached about this balanced approach and called it as “Madhyam Marg”. We inspired from this teaching of “Madhyam Marg”. There is no better place than a school to nurture philosophy of “Madhyam Marg” in young minds.
With this thought, we have started “Maitreya Education Complex” which gives focus on nurturing of young minds so that in future they shall be responsible global citizens.
She updated her education from prestigious Osmania University. Her educational qualification includes M.Sc, M.Ed, Phd and LLB. She is having rich experience in teaching at college and university level. She managed various prestigious educational Institutes for long time before taking the responsibility of chairmanship of FCEC. She is the driving force of FCEC.
She has done her Ph. D, HRM, MBA, MMM from prestigious Savitri Bai Pule, Pune University. She had 12 years of teaching experience at post graduate level. She being an acclaimed academician, various books, research papers are to her credit. She is Confederation of Indian Industries approved skill development trainer for MNCs.
She is B.Tech and having passion for teaching. Her teaching passion and technical ability had blended well to develop our online education wing. Her various research projects are published in IJPRSE.
